The photo of me in action at the EMVO at Woensdrecht was sent to me by Robert on an evening in November 2021. That made me realise I never published the photos I shot that day and a quick look at my archive revealed that there were a few that are worthwhile.
Starting with the one I took while we were driving in our tour bus on the runway! Base visits with the Onze Luchtmacht often result in these kind of special moments. And not only did we have a go at the runway and the earlier mentioned EMVO, we were also invited to have a look at the massive maintenance facilities at Woensdrecht. The scale of that hall is amazing. Unfortunately (but also understandably) the photos I shot there are not to be published.
