Since we moved last year the distance to Eindhoven is just a bit too much for the quick hit-and-run actions. But on my sons first day of summer vacation from school I had a spare hour and a half that normally are spend picking him up from school. And lucky me, the German CH-53 used Eindhoven as a stop on its way back from RIAT.
So some fast cycling got me at the usual P4 spot in time for not only the CH-53, but also a Swiss VIP jet and one of the local MRTTs. All that with a bit of sun and less than 90 minutes later I was back home.
